Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) about your decision. You may use our withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than our standard shipping). The refund will be issued immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

3. Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Please contact us in advance via email at shop@orbitmusic.org to receive further return instructions.

The costs of returning the goods must be borne by you, unless otherwise agreed or if the goods are defective.

4. Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), you can request this within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us in advance via email at shop@orbitmusic.org to check the availability of the desired item.

Exchanges are only possible for unworn and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Once we have inspected the returned item, we will ship the replacement. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or a store credit instead.

5. Compensation for Value Reduction

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
